Memorable Choral Chords: Solutions

 [C]: An intermediate cadence chord used twice in Eric Whitacre’s Water Night [1996]; first, on the last word of, “Drink in those waters;” second, on the last word of, “flowing from the center of the night.”  It is an E♭m11 chord.  The first use (shown in the puzzle) is in the second inversion: E♭m11/B♭.  The memorable feature here is that each voice part is divided into an interval of a minor 3^rd.
