Below are 5 different realizations
of the Monte-Carlo classification of shallow earthquakes. They differ only in the initialization of the
random-number generator in the earthquake-classification program. Caveat:
Do not mix subcatalogs from different Monte-Carlo realizations, or you will
find some earthquakes assigned to more than one plate-boundary subcatalog,
while other earthquakes are omitted entirely.
